Last one from my trip, I might as well make it a set of 3 :) This was taken on my third evening, at the well photographed Kilt Rock. I'd spent the day driving through the whole north end of the island looking for location, but for some reason I ended up here, about 30 minutes from where I was staying =D The light wasn't bad, and even though I arrived late and all the direct light was gone, I still like the image :)

I really like the light in this :) I'll have to go back again soon.

Did you set up by the fence or the edge? I went here back in april and spent 10 minutes setting up and composing, trying to get the tripod to sit through the fence and then meter and attach and ND filter without dropping any in some pretty strong wind and rain while keeping the water of the front of the lens only to find my shutter had failed and I had to swap the body!

haha, aww man that's a bad time! Yeah this is taken at the viewing platform, shame it's the only place to get a good shot of the falls! I spent a lot of time as well trying to get the tripod to sit right, half through the fence and half on it. It's times like that I wish I had a gorillapod :)

I have to get back again myself, been almost two years now! Is it just the once you've visited?
